If you are currently studying a maths, science or engineering-based degree, have some programming experience and an interest in financial markets then our Australian internship program may be just right for you.

Tibra’s internship program gives students unique insight into the fast-paced world of quantitative trading. There are three highly competitive placements on offer each year; two in Australia (Winter – 4 weeks; Summer – 10 weeks) and one in the UK Summer (8 weeks).

Interns get to test themselves by solving real-life challenges faced by our quants. You will use your programming skills along with research to identify meaningful statistical relationships within datasets, build numerical models and work alongside some of brightest minds in the industry.

You will be challenged – as well as make some friends – in our modern, beachside Austinmer office. Open spaces and a dynamic culture promote collaboration and innovation. Our offices are equipped with fantastic break-out areas and free breakfast, drinks and snacks.
