You will be encouraged to cultivate your Quant, Trader and Developer skills in equal measure. Each graduate is enrolled in ‘Tibra Uni’, our tailored in-house training programme, and has access to diverse external training.
You will receive responsibility from the start, learn from experienced professionals who have built an elite investment business and will get the opportunity to make a real difference.

I started to work with other functions in the business: traders, developers and operational components, that gave me a deeper understanding of our whole set up.
