The Role

To lead the development and integration of AI tools in Tibra’s existing infrastructure and processes, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency, streamlining workflows, and improving user experiences through automation.

  • Define clear objectives for AI implementation
  • Collaborate with various teams across Tibra to understand business needs and areas that would benefit from AI-driven improvement
  • Lead the architecture and implementation of AI initiatives across Tibra

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
  • Ability to code in Python
  • Master's or PhD degree would be advantageous
  • Certification in AI, Machine Learning or similar
  • Familiarity with large language models
  • Strong background in AI, machine learning, and software development
  • Experience with AI platforms such as OpenAI, TensorFlow, or similar
