APPLICATION ELIGIBILITY:

  • Be an Australian / New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Studying a degree in one of the following disciplines/courses:
    • Mathematics
    • Finance/Economics
    • Computer Science
    • Software Engineering
    • Engineering
    • Physics
  • Graduate Junior Quant Trader/Software Developer position: final year students or have graduated within the past 2 years
  • Interns: penultimate or final year students

Star applicants also demonstrate:

  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Robust knowledge of financial markets
  • Programming experience (C++, Java, C, Python or similar)

The Process

Email online applications to careers@tibra.com and include a CV, cover letter and most recent academic university transcript. Subject line of your online application must be “Tibra Australia – Graduate Recruitment 2019 Application”. Applications close 5pm AEDT 31 March 2018.
If you progress to the next step of testing you will be assessed on numerical reasoning, cognitive ability and analytical capability. You will also be sent a link to a coding test which you can complete in Python, C++ or C#. You can complete these at home within a set timeframe.
Come and meet some of our key staff and showcase your skills at our assessment centre. Candidates must be available to attend our assessment centre in Austinmer, NSW. This is a chance for you to showcase your skills and for us to get to know you as a person also! You will participate in a range of individual and group assessments.
Candidates who succeed at our assessment centre, will be invited to attend a final panel interview held in Austinmer, NSW.
Successful candidates will be contacted by phone with an offer for a graduate position at Tibra.
February 2019 at our Austinmer or Bondi Junction office.

2018 Australia 4 Week Winter Internship

The Process

Dates to be confirmed. Successful candidates will be invited to attend a final panel interview held in Austinmer, NSW.
