Be an Australian/New Zealand citizen or permanent resident.
Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in one of the following disciplines/courses:
Be in the final year of your degree or have graduated within the past 2 years.
Be available to commence work in February 2018.
Have maintained a Distinction average (75+) throughout your studies.

Once we have received the above documents and assess your eligibility, you will be sent a link to complete our technical testing, comprising of numerical reasoning, cognitive ability and analytical capability. You can complete these at home within a set timeframe.
If you progress to our next step of testing you will be assessed on change adaptability, solution development, interpersonal effectiveness, performance orientation, cognitive capacity & applied reasoning.

This is a chance for you to showcase your skills and for us to get to know you as a person also! You will participate in a range of individual and group assessments.
